Gild Carol Service
All Saints Pavement Church, York at 7pm.
Mince pies and mulled wine (tea or coffee) i
n the church afterwards.
Harry Ward Memorial Talk
We are delighted to have Mrs Anne Smith, past
Master of The Company of Butchers giving us a
talk on her family history including the
involvement of Wright’s Butchers with Bedern Hall.
Anne has numerous old photographs she will pass
round for us to have a look. It promises to be
a very interesting evening. A bar will be
available and a raffle in aid of the
Master’s Charity (OCAY).
Gild Banquet 2026
The Gild’s 69th Annual Banquet will be held in the beautiful Oak
Room of The Milner Hotel, Station Road, York
on Saturday 21st March 2026.
The evening will commence with a Bucks Fizz reception at 7pm
with the Banquet commencing at 7.30pm.
All members (full, honorary and associate) and their guests
are welcome to apply using the enclosed booking form.
Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
